Well, another dull-no sunshine day. But the up side is NO SNOW!!!!!

Is there no end to winter? I really am grateful to be knitting now because it is very relaxing and a great stress reliever. I owe Marcy for getting me hooked on it. She will be moving soon and we are all going to miss her, she is such a good friend and the funniest, happiest and craziest person I have ever known. Thanks Marcy for being my friend. :)

Good news is that I have started a new project. Yes, another scarf. But this one is a gift. I also bought some really pretty charcoal and silver mist yarn for an afghan. I believe I'm addicted.

What a week no snow for days and 60 degree temps. Lovely!
I am starting a new project too. An afghan, and I can't wait to see how it comes out.

Today is the anniversary of my mother's death. She passed away 9 years ago. I can't believe it has been that long. I still miss her, still want to call her and talk to her about life. I have to wonder if you ever stop missing someone you've lost.

I never have understood football. Maybe I just haven't given it a chance.
Or maybe it is just that I think it isn't entertainment to watch grown men knock their heads together.
